Amaranth Farms is legally licensed by the State of California to cultivate cannabis.  "Tangled Roots" is a documentary film, created by acclaimed author and film documentarian, Seth Ferranti.  He calls this film his "love letter" to Humboldt County, the history and the people who produce the cannabis he enjoyed.  Seth visits a few farms and interviews the people  who are farming today.  He came to our homestead, toured our land and nterviews Tom and me, and our son, Nya, and daughter Elan.  Seth adds a tribute to our daughter, Elan, who has recently passed away.  Our family has been here since 1971, and together, we built a home, raised animals, planted many trees and grew gardens of vegetables and herbs.  We are currently specializing in cannabis.

I"Tangled Roots" is a film with four episodes.  Episode 1 has been released through Vimeo, and the future episodes will be released shortly..
